03 - 1 small onion, finely diced
04 - Salt and pepper, to taste
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

06 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
07 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
08 - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

→ For Serving

09 - Pickle slices (optional, for serving)
10 - Ketchup and mustard, for dipping

# Let's Cook!:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease, then stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Set aside to cool slightly.
02 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate the biscuit dough into individual rounds. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a small ball.
03 - Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
04 - Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
05 - Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, and pickle slices on the side for dipping, if desired.

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Feel free to add more flavor by mixing in a bit of Worcestershire sauce or a dash of garlic powder to the beef mixture.
02 - You can also experiment with different cheeses, like pepper jack or Swiss, for a twist.
03 - Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes to maintain crispiness.
