# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
04 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese

06 - 10 fajita-sized flour tortillas

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Fold in the cheddar cheese until well combined.
03 - Wrap the tortillas in a towel and warm them in the microwave for 45 seconds, or until soft and pliable.
04 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken filling into the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Roll the tortillas up tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
