Candied Bacon Crackers (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Crackers

01 - 21 club crackers (or more/less as needed)

→ For the Topping

02 - 10 slices bacon
03 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on the foil.
02 - Cut the bacon into pieces that will fit on the cracker. Usually, one slice of bacon can cover 2-3 crackers. Place crackers on the cooling rack. Top the crackers with the bacon.
03 - Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the bacon and then add the ground black pepper.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. Serve warm or at room temperature.

# Cook's Notes:

01 - It's best to use a cooling rack to help prevent the crackers from sticking to the foil.
02 - Want to add a little spiciness? Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
