Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on the foil.

Cut the bacon into pieces that will fit on the cracker. Usually, one slice of bacon can cover 2-3 crackers. Place crackers on the cooling rack. Top the crackers with the bacon.

Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the bacon and then add the ground black pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is cooked. Serve warm or at room temperature.
