# Instructions:

01 - Grab the shredded zucchini and press any extra liquid out. Check out the tips above for tricks to remove all the water.
02 - Blend together your zucchini, egg, Parmesan, mozzarella, and garlic parsley seasoning in a bowl. Give it a good stir until evenly combined.
03 - Spread the zucchini blend onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Flatten it into a smooth, thin layer about half an inch thick—this helps get a crispy bottom. Heat in the oven at 425°F for 15 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle your baked base with some shredded cheese—mozzarella or a Mexican blend works great. Pop it back in the oven for another 2-5 minutes, just until the cheese turns gooey and golden.
