Quick & Easy Sliders (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 6 ounces cream cheese (optional)
03 - 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
04 - 8-10 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
05 - 1 cup ranch dressing, divided
06 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

→ For the Butter Topping

07 - ¼ cup butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
11 - 1 teaspoon dry ranch seasoning

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - Using a serrated knife, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese (if using), shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and ½ cup of ranch dressing. Mix well until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the remaining ranch dressing evenly over the rolls on the cut sides (top and bottom). Spoon the chicken mixture on the bottom rolls in the baking dish. Spread to the edges, then sprinkle the cheese over the top. Carefully place the top half of the rolls on top.
05 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, and ranch seasoning. Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the rolls, ensuring even coverage.
06 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5–10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
07 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife to cut the sliders apart and serve warm. Enjoy!

# Cook's Notes:

01 - For a crunchy finish, broil the sliders on low for 1-2 minutes after baking. Watch carefully to avoid burning the tops!
02 - For a flavorful twist, substitute ranch dressing with Caesar or chipotle mayo. Swap cheddar for pepper jack, or try turkey bacon or pulled pork.
