# Ingredients:

→ Bread and Filling

01 - 8 slices of bread
02 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup powdered sugar

→ Coating

04 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

→ Egg Mixture

06 - 2 large eggs
07 - ¼ cup milk
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Cooking

09 - Butter, for cooking

# Instructions:

01 - Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin to make rolling easier.
02 - In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
03 - Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread, then roll tightly.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
05 - In another dish, mix ground cinnamon and granulated sugar for the coating.
06 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
07 - Roll the cooked roll-ups in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve warm.

01 - You can use different types of bread such as brioche, challah, or whole wheat.
02 - For a dairy-free version, substitute with dairy-free cream cheese and plant-based milk.
03 - To prepare in advance, store un-cooked roll-ups in the fridge and cook when ready.
04 - These roll-ups can be frozen after cooking and then reheated in a skillet for a crispy result.
