Rich Creamy Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup Dutch cocoa powder
02 - 1 cup sugar or granular xylitol or erythritol
03 - 2 1/3 cups water
04 - 1/8 tsp salt

→ Extra Flavors

05 - 6 oz chopped chocolate or chocolate chips
06 - 1/4 tsp instant coffee, peppermint, vanilla extract
07 - 1 tbsp liqueur of choice or vodka

# Instructions:

01 - Get your ice cream machine ready ahead of time, following the directions that came with it. No machine? Don’t worry, use the no-machine sorbet steps instead.
02 - Heat up sugar and half the water in a medium pan on high. Stir all the time till the sugar’s dissolved.
03 - Throw in the cocoa powder and salt while whisking. Let the mix boil, then keep stirring for 30 seconds straight.
04 - Take it off the heat and stir in any chocolate or booze you picked. Mix till the chocolate’s completely melted.
05 - Add the rest of the water. Then, pop it in the fridge or freezer till it's nice and cold.
06 - Dump the chilled mix into your ice cream maker and let it churn till it’s done. Eat it right away or let it sit in the freezer for a half-hour if you want it firmer.

01 - Want it harder? Freeze it for half an hour more after churning.
