04 - 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
05 - 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed (like Cool Whip)
06 - 3 cups cold milk

→ Chocolate Layer

07 - 1 package (14 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed

→ Toppings

08 - Easter candies (like chocolate eggs or jellybeans)
09 - Green food dye
10 - 1 cup shredded coconut
11 - Optional: Small chocolate bunnies

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a big bowl, whipping everything until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until the texture thickens (takes about 2 minutes). Gently fold the pudding blend into the cream cheese mixture, then add the whipped topping and stir together.
02 - Toss the chocolate sandwich cookies into a food processor and grind them until they look like fine crumbs. (If you prefer, put them in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin instead.)
03 - Scoop some pudding mixture into the base of your 9×13-inch dish and spread it out evenly. Add a layer of crushed cookies over that. Repeat this process a few times, ending with crushed cookies as the top layer.
04 - Grab a small dish, toss in the shredded coconut, and add a few drops of green food coloring. Mix it all up until the coconut looks like grass. Sprinkle this on top of the cookie layer.
05 - Set up a fun scene by scattering Easter candies, chocolate eggs, and marshmallow Peeps on the green coconut layer. For extra flair, add tiny chocolate bunnies if you'd like.
06 - Pop the dish into the fridge for at least 2 hours so everything sets nicely. Once it's chilled, grab a big spoon and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - Switch things up by using chocolate pudding instead of vanilla if you want a deeper taste.
02 - Want to prep ahead? You can put this dish together a full day before serving.
03 - Add some nuts like crushed almonds or peanuts between the layers if you'd like a bit of crunch.
