In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (optional). Mix until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish (8x8 or 9x9 inch) and spread it evenly. Sprinkle extra cheddar cheese on top for a bubbly, cheesy topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.
