# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 packs Hawaiian slider buns (9 rolls in each)
02 - 5-15 lb. Brisket
03 - 1/4 cup Yellow mustard
04 - Mild white cheese, one slice per slider (provolone, Monterey jack, etc.)

05 - 1/4 cup apple juice (water can be substituted)
06 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

→ Brisket Seasoning

07 - Kosher salt
08 - Freshly cracked pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon paprika
10 - 2 teaspoons onion powder
11 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
13 - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
14 - 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

→ Elote Street Corn Salad

15 - 6 ears of corn, cut off cob, grilled until browned
16 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
17 - 1 garlic clove, minced
18 - 1 lime, juiced and zested
19 - 1/3 cup sliced scallions
20 - 1/3 cup grated cotija cheese
21 - 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
22 - 1 jalapeno, diced
23 - 1 teaspoon chili powder or Tajin
24 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Alabama White BBQ Sauce

25 - 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
26 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
27 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar (white sugar works as a sub)
28 - 2 teaspoons horseradish
29 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
30 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
31 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
32 - 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
33 - 2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
34 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
35 - 2 teaspoons Louisiana hot sauce
36 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garlic Butter

37 - 1/4 cup butter
38 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
39 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
40 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Trim brisket, coat with mustard and seasonings. Let sit for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate for a few hours.
02 - Cook brisket using preferred method until internal temperature reaches 205°F. Wrap and rest for at least two hours.
03 - Prepare elote salad and BBQ sauce while brisket cooks. Refrigerate until ready to use.
04 - Toast slider buns, add cheese, and assemble sliders with brisket, BBQ sauce, and elote salad. Serve warm.
