Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. Combine chicken seasonings and coat chicken pieces. Thread chicken onto skewers.

Melt butter and garlic, then whisk in red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan. Reserve 1/3 of the sauce for basting cooked chicken.

Air Fryer: Cook skewers at 400°F for 5 minutes, flip and baste, then cook for another 2 minutes. Flip again, baste, and cook for 5-6 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Oven: Bake at 450°F for 14 minutes, flipping halfway. Broil for 2 minutes. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side, basting throughout.

Baste cooked chicken with reserved sauce, sprinkle with extra Parmesan, and serve.
