01 - 1 pound ground pork
02 - ¼ pound nduja
03 - ⅓ cup panko
04 - ¼ cup grated onion
05 - ¼ cup chopped parsley

08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
09 - 1 large egg
10 - 2 cups marinara sauce

→ Arugula Pesto

11 - 2 cups arugula
12 - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
13 - ¼ cup toasted walnuts
14 - 2 garlic cloves
15 - ½ teaspoon salt
16 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
17 - ½ cup olive oil

→ Remaining Ingredients

18 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
19 - 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
20 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
21 - 12 dinner rolls
22 - 6 ounces fontina cheese, sliced
23 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
24 - ½ teaspoon dried basil
25 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
26 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
27 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Mix ground pork with nduja, panko, onion, parsley, and seasonings. Form into meatballs and bake for 10 minutes. Add marinara sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
02 - Blend arugula, Parmesan, walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil until combined. Set aside.
03 - Sauté bell pepper and onion until softened and browned. Let cool.
04 - Layer pesto, sautéed vegetables, meatballs, and fontina cheese on dinner rolls. Brush tops with herb-infused butter and bake until cheese is melted.
