# Let's Cook!:

01 - Remove the steak from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Season all sides generously with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat a skillet over high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steaks until golden brown on one side. Flip, add butter, garlic, and rosemary, then baste the steaks with the melted butter for another 8 minutes until desired doneness. Let the steaks rest.
03 - Toss the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook in the same skillet with a little olive oil until opaque. Set aside.
04 - Lower the heat, add butter to the skillet, and stir in soy sauce and heavy cream. Scrape up any browned bits and let the sauce simmer until thickened. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes.
05 - Place the steak on top of the shrimp, drizzle the sauce over the top, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with your choice of sides.

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Adjust cooking times based on steak thickness and preferred doneness.
02 - Reduce or omit red pepper flakes for less heat.
03 - Customize the seasonings for the shrimp to your taste.
