Use a bag or loose chamomile flowers to brew a cup. Let it steep for around 5 minutes, then leave to cool completely.

Peel the banana and divide it into smaller pieces. Measure out 1/2 cup of milk and a spoonful of honey.

Pour the cooled tea, banana chunks, milk, and honey into the blender. Toss in some ice cubes if you'd like it cold.

Run the blender at high speed until the mixture turns smooth and thick. You can thin it out by adding a little more milk if needed.

Transfer the smoothie to your jar or glass. If you like, sprinkle dried chamomile flowers on top as a garnish.
