Chamomile Banana Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of honey
02 - 1 large banana, perfectly ripe
03 - 1 cup of chamomile tea, brewed and cooled down
04 - A handful of ice cubes (optional, if you prefer it chilled)
05 - 1/2 cup of milk or your favorite milk substitute
06 - Dried chamomile flowers (optional, for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a bag or loose chamomile flowers to brew a cup. Let it steep for around 5 minutes, then leave to cool completely.
02 - Peel the banana and divide it into smaller pieces. Measure out 1/2 cup of milk and a spoonful of honey.
03 - Pour the cooled tea, banana chunks, milk, and honey into the blender. Toss in some ice cubes if you'd like it cold.
04 - Run the blender at high speed until the mixture turns smooth and thick. You can thin it out by adding a little more milk if needed.
05 - Transfer the smoothie to your jar or glass. If you like, sprinkle dried chamomile flowers on top as a garnish.
