01 -
Line a square dish (20x20 cm) with wax paper and add a little oil, or pop your silicone molds on a baking tray. Leave them aside for now.
02 -
Drop your fruit, vegetables, and 60 ml apple juice into the blender. Pop the lid on tight.
03 -
Crank the blender to high and mix till it’s creamy and smooth. Add a splash more juice, 15 ml at a time, if it’s too thick.
04 -
Toss in the vanilla and honey. Give it another quick blend to make sure everything’s blended together.
05 -
Grab a spoonful, give it a taste, and splash in more honey if you want it sweeter.
06 -
Pour the whole thing into a small pot. Shake in the gelatin and whisk till it’s well mixed in.
07 -
Put the pot on medium heat. Whisk that mix constantly till it’s smooth (about 3 minutes). Don’t boil.
08 -
Use a dropper for molds or pour into your lined pan while still warm. If it starts cooling too fast, just let the pot hang out on the stove to keep warm (burner off).
09 -
Slide your molds or pan into the fridge. Wait at least 2 hours for them to set all the way.
10 -
Once everything’s set, carefully pop out the fruit chews. If you used a pan, pull it out and slice up however you want. Eat or stash them away.
