Banana Pudding Brownies Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 box (110 g) instant banana pudding mix
02 - 1 package (432 g) yellow cake mix
03 - 480 ml cold milk

→ Filling and Topping

04 - 2 cups (about 140 g) vanilla wafer cookies, roughly chopped
05 - 2 medium bananas, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Once it's cooled down, just cut into squares and enjoy with some friends.
02 - Pop it all in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Grab a toothpick and check the middle. If it comes out clean, you're good!
03 - Dump your batter into the dish and toss those chopped cookies right on top.
04 - Gently mix in those banana slices with your spatula. Try not to smush them.
05 - Pour in the yellow cake mix and give it all a good stir. You want a nice smooth batter.
06 - Grab a big bowl, use a whisk, and mix up the pudding powder with the cold milk until it thickens. Make sure it's lump-free.
07 - Set your oven to 175°C and spray a 23x33 cm dish with plenty of nonstick spray.
