Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking sheet and lay parchment paper on it.

Mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir them together well.

Toss the bacon bits, onions, cheese, and chives into the egg mix. Combine everything evenly.

Put the bagel halves with their cut sides facing up onto the lined baking sheet.

Spoon the egg mix into the center of each bagel half. Spread it slightly to cover the top.

Let the bagels bake for around 20 to 25 minutes, or until the egg sets and starts turning golden.

Take them out of the oven, cool just a little bit, and serve while warm. Pair with some ketchup if you’d like!
