Quiche Bagels Bacon Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 4 sliced plain bagels
02 - 6 eggs (large size)
03 - 1/2 cup milk (whole or any)
04 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
05 - 1/4 cup fresh, chopped chives
06 - 1/2 cup finely minced red onion
07 - 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
08 - 1 cup of shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese
09 - Add salt as desired
10 - Season with pepper as needed

11 - Serve with ketchup for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking sheet and lay parchment paper on it.
02 - Mix the eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir them together well.
03 - Toss the bacon bits, onions, cheese, and chives into the egg mix. Combine everything evenly.
04 - Put the bagel halves with their cut sides facing up onto the lined baking sheet.
05 - Spoon the egg mix into the center of each bagel half. Spread it slightly to cover the top.
06 - Let the bagels bake for around 20 to 25 minutes, or until the egg sets and starts turning golden.
07 - Take them out of the oven, cool just a little bit, and serve while warm. Pair with some ketchup if you’d like!

# Notes:

01 - To avoid soggy bagels, go for slightly firm, day-old ones. They hold up better once filled.
