Sweet Creamy Carrot Raisin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1.25 g salt
02 - 5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 15 ml water
04 - 15 ml honey
05 - 60 ml mayonnaise

→ Salad

06 - 150 g raisins
07 - 400 g shredded carrot

# Instructions:

01 - Cover everything and pop the bowl in your fridge for at least 30 minutes before you dig in.
02 - Toss your raisins and shredded carrots into the same bowl with the dressing. Mix a bit so it all gets coated.
03 - Grab a big bowl and a whisk. Stir together mayo, honey, water, lemon juice, and salt until it all looks smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Swap in sour cream for the mayo if you want it more tangy.
