# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 pound ground sausage
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Wontons

06 - 24 wonton wrappers
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until it's browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
03 - In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
04 - Place a wonton wrapper onto a clean, flat surface. Spoon about a teaspoon of the sausage mixture into the center of the wrapper.
