01 - 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
02 - 3 cups shredded/chopped rotisserie chicken
03 - 1 cup BBQ sauce

05 - 1/3 cup finely diced red onion (optional)
06 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro (optional)
07 - 4 tablespoons garlic-herb butter

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch sheet pan.
02 - Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom slab in the pan.
03 - Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until saucy.
04 - Layer half the cheese onto the rolls, followed by the BBQ chicken, onion, and cilantro. Add remaining cheese and top slab of rolls.
05 - Melt garlic-herb butter and pour it over the rolls, spreading evenly. Sprinkle Parmesan on top if desired.
