01 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
02 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces
04 - 1 tablespoon plain flour
05 - 1/2 cup bread crumbs
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 cups broccoli florets, chopped small
10 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
11 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Steamed your chopped broccoli until slightly soft, which should take about 3–4 minutes. Let it cool before moving on.
03 - Toss your cooled broccoli, cheddar, bread crumbs, bacon, onion, and garlic into a big mixing bowl. Crack in the egg, sprinkle in the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, then stir well to blend it all together.
04 - Roll small balls out of the mix and lay them out evenly on the baking sheet.
05 - Bake in your hot oven for 20–25 minutes until they turn golden and have a crispy texture.
06 - Give them a chance to cool down for a few minutes, then they're ready to enjoy.
