Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Steamed your chopped broccoli until slightly soft, which should take about 3–4 minutes. Let it cool before moving on.

Toss your cooled broccoli, cheddar, bread crumbs, bacon, onion, and garlic into a big mixing bowl. Crack in the egg, sprinkle in the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika, then stir well to blend it all together.

Roll small balls out of the mix and lay them out evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake in your hot oven for 20–25 minutes until they turn golden and have a crispy texture.

Give them a chance to cool down for a few minutes, then they're ready to enjoy.
