Turn your oven on to 425°F (220°C) to get it hot.

Line a baking tray with parchment or lightly grease it. Place the tortilla chips on top, with the scooped sides facing up.

In a big bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Use a spoon to add about a tablespoon of the mix to each chip.

Scatter Parmesan cheese over the filled chips.

Put the chips in the oven and bake for around 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
