Iowa Party Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (4 oz) can green chiles (mild or medium)
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
06 - 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for finishing

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F (220°C) to get it hot.
02 - Line a baking tray with parchment or lightly grease it. Place the tortilla chips on top, with the scooped sides facing up.
03 - In a big bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - Use a spoon to add about a tablespoon of the mix to each chip.
05 - Scatter Parmesan cheese over the filled chips.
06 - Put the chips in the oven and bake for around 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
07 - Dish out while warm and dig in!

# Notes:

01 - These go great for game day, gatherings, or as a starter.
02 - Want more heat? Swap in spicy green chiles or mix in some hot sauce.
03 - They're best enjoyed straight from the oven while the cheese is gooey.
